Turning Red Mediaworks (TRM) is a Pune/Mumbai-based YouTube Multi-Channel Network (MCN) specialising in channel growth, monetisation, and multilingual content distribution for leading studio and media partners including Sony Pictures, JioStar, Future TV, and GoQuest Media.

TRM manages a diverse catalogue of Turkish, Indian, and Chinese drama series, distributed across 100+ languages including English, Arabic, Hindi, Spanish, French, and Italian, reaching audiences across South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. Our titles have built passionate fandoms globally, with flagship series like Arafta and Kuma collectively crossing 600 million+ views on YouTube.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Marketing Specialist to own and drive TRM's B2B brand presence and lead generation engine. You will be building brand visibility across digital and industry channels, creating compelling content for our B2B audiences, and setting up systems that generate a steady pipeline of studio, distributor, and creator partnerships.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited for someone who is equally comfortable with strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, industry platforms, and events.
  • Create and maintain brand collateral including decks, case studies, and capability presentations.
  • Drive B2B lead generation through outbound campaigns, partner outreach, and conference presence.
  • Build TRM's thought leadership presence across LinkedIn and relevant B2B channels.
  • Manage digital presence across the website, social handles, and industry directories.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics: reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Identify and execute PR opportunities for TRM's major content milestones.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of marketing experience in media, entertainment, or digital content.
  • Strong B2B marketing instincts with demonstrated experience in brand building and demand generation.
  • Excellent written communication: crisp, confident, and platform-aware.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Comfortable with design tools such as Canva or Figma for collateral creation.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to read performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • High accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with the YouTube ecosystem, MCNs, or OTT content distribution.
  • Experience with CRM or outreach tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Prior exposure to trade PR or media relations in the entertainment or digital space.
  • Understanding of multilingual or regional content markets in India.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website content management.
