About the Role:
We're looking for a smart, creative, and hands-on Marketing & Growth Specialist who can take complete ownership of:
- Brand building
- Social media strategy
- SEO & content
- Campaign design
- Lead-generation strategy
- Product & service marketing
This is NOT a post designer role.
This role is for someone who can think, plan, execute, and measure a full-stack marketer who understands product, tech, and business.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Strategy- Define the overall marketing strategy for Seed Data and all its products.
- Build a consistent brand voice, narrative, and messaging across all channels.
- Create positioning for SaaS products, Salesforce services, AI offerings, and more.
Digital Marketing- Create and execute SEO-driven content strategies (blogs, landing pages, case studies).
- Own keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and backlinks plan.
- Improve rankings for targeted keywords and product-focused search terms.
Social Media & Content- Plan and produce engaging social media posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Build an editorial calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and launches.
- Write short-form and long-form content: product explainers, stories, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns.
Product & Tech Marketing- Create marketing assets for SaaS launches.
- Work closely with product and tech teams to translate features into benefits.
- Understand user personas, customer journeys, and build marketing funnels.
Campaigns & Lead Generation- Plan and run end-to-end marketing campaigns for inbound lead generation.
- Build landing pages, email sequences, and nurture funnels.
- Experiment with social ads, Google Ads, and retargeting (optional but preferred).
Analytics & Reporting- Track KPIs: traffic, engagement, lead quality, conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Hotjar, etc.
- Optimize campaigns based on data, not assumptions.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing, content, SEO, or product marketing.
- Prior experience in a software product company or SaaS environment (strongly preferred).
- Understanding of tech terminology, product features, CRM, SaaS flows, etc.
- Strong content writing ability (English must be excellent).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, analytics tools, and social platforms.
- Ability to work independently, plan campaigns, and execute end-to-end.
- Creative mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce marketing or CRM tools.
- Understanding of UI/UX for social/post creatives.
- Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva or Figma.
- Experience in running paid campaigns.
