Job Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with 3 years of experience in B2B and SaaS marketing to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and boost customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital & traditional marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.
Office location : Andheri, Mumbai India
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
- Work with B2B partners and clients for testimonial, blogs and case studies & create compelling content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites.
- Work with traditional publishers for brand building and outreach
- Content Writing for posting in different channels
- Oversee and optimize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to create engaging visual & promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Engage deeply in Demand Generation & marketing campaigns and CRM tools to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Plan and execute online and offline events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management with experience in hands-on content writing.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights.
- Experience in content marketing, copywriting, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Preferred if worked on International markets.
