Position Title: Marketing Specialist

What You Will Do

1. Manage social media accounts for the India market; develop content plans to increase brand visibility and user engagement
2. Maintain close communication with headquarters and the global marketing team; proactively share progress, raise concerns, and coordinate resources
3. Work with a clear milestone-driven approach; plan and execute campaigns and events, ensuring on-time delivery
4. Plan and implement online and offline marketing activities, and support the sales team as needed
5. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, continuously optimizing based on data

What We Are Looking For

1. 1–3 years of marketing experience, with hands-on social media management as a must
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with headquarters and global teams
4. Strong ownership: able to drive work forward proactively rather than waiting for instructions
5. Milestone-driven mindset: capable of setting plans, meeting deadlines, delivering results, and raising issues promptly when needed
