This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will strategize and execute effective online marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and analyze web traffic and performance for optimization. The role involves creating content tailored to digital platforms, crafting campaigns to boost audience engagement, and ensuring brand messaging aligns with company goals while driving measurable results.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Online Campaign Management
• Strong understanding of Web Analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop effective online marketing strategies with measurable outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in B2B sectors, particularly in FMCG, Pharma, or BFSI, is a plus
