Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, creating marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business growth and meet organizational goals.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, target audiences, and create impactful campaigns
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to engage with clients and support business development
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and optimize marketing efforts
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and past experience in a similar field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
