Key Responsibilities

1.Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch:

  • Develop Product Positioning: Create and communicate clear, differentiated value propositions for B2B products based on customer insights and competitive analysis.
  • Launch Planning: Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring all departments (sales, marketing, product, etc.) are aligned on timelines, strategies, and messaging.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools they need to succeed, including product presentations, cheat sheets, case studies, and training materials.

2.Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Customer Insights: Conduct customer and market research to deeply understand customer pain points, needs, and decision-making criteria.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to shape product messaging, positioning, and differentiation.
  • Buyer Personas: Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas that guide marketing and sales strategies.

3.Product Messaging & Content Creation:

  • Product Messaging: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that speaks directly to the needs of B2B customers, focusing on benefits and solutions over features.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to create product-related assets such as brochures, white papers, case studies, blogs, and videos.

4.Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Demand Generation: Partner with the demand generation team to create and execute targeted campaigns, using insights from personas and market research to drive leads and conversion.
  • Product Promotion: Develop strategies for ongoing product promotions across various channels (email, webinars, digital advertising, etc.)
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers to understand product roadmaps, features, and user feedback, ensuring this information informs marketing strategy.
  • Support Sales Teams: Provide the sales team with relevant product knowledge and marketing collateral to assist in selling efforts and closing deals.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to inform product development and improve marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: min5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B industry (manufacturing, technology, etc.
  • B2B Expertise: Proven track record of successfully marketing products to B2B customers, with a deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and decision-makers

Required Skills

  • Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Excel, and other data analysis tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Product Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with the product lifecycle and experience in executing marketing strategies at different stages (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch).
