About the Role

We are seeking a creative and high impact Content Marketer / Content Creator to join our

marketing team - someone who understands content deeply, can spot trends early, create

viral hooks, and turn insights into scalable content across platforms. You'll be instrumental

shaping the brand's content journey by developing and distributing compelling content that

narrates our brand and product story, drives awareness, engagement, and performance

outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Create engaging content across social media, digital platforms, performance

marketing campaigns, blogs and web pages ensuring consistency in brand

messaging and positioning.

Adapt tone and format for multiple content styles such as educational,

awareness-led, humorous, trend-based, and performance-driven content.

Create sharp, persuasive copies tailored for different funnels awareness,

consideration, and conversion.

Video Content:

Identify emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments relevant to the

brand for videos.

Craft strong hooks and thumb-stopping content with viral potential. Create

and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and explainer videos using AI and

editing tools.

Coordinate video shoots and collaborate with internal stakeholders to

capture authentic brand narratives.

Content Strategy:

Assist in developing and managing the content calendar to ensure

a consistent flow of content across all channels.

SEO & Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and

optimize text & video content for effectiveness and impact.

Performance Tracking: Use analytical tools to identify trends, monitor performance,

track metrics and tap insights for improvement. Track content performance using

analytics tools (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions).

Collaboration: Work closely across marketing, product and other cross-functional

teams to align content with broader initiatives.

Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and audience pain

points to ensure content relevance.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

4+ years of experience in content creation or content marketing for reputed brands

across the B2C / B2B industry.

Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write for multiple channels and

formats.

Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, video editing, and

optimization.

Solid knowledge of SEO principles and content analytics tools.

Strong understanding of content hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

A creative mindset with a focus on outcomes.
