We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist to join our team at AiVantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, data analysis, and content creation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies, conducting industry research, and supporting product development efforts with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on financial services, AI trends, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to support business strategies.
- Collect and interpret data from industry reports, surveys, and internal databases.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and presentations.
- Design creatives for blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
- Take ownership of and continuously update the marketing contact list based on campaign responses and newly solicited contacts.
Data-Driven Reporting
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Monitor key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation efforts.
- Use data analytics tools to measure the ROI of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
Collaboration And Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects.
- Develop strong communication materials and presentations for client pitches and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM and data platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
- Experience with design tools like Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI and financial services sectors is a plus.
