What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize data orchestration across systems like Marketo, Salesforce, and Openprise.
- Maintain database health through processes such as enrichment, normalization, hygiene checks, and persona segmentation etc.
- Enhance and scale automation workflows using Openprise to meet evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot data flow issues within the martech stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams on resolutions.
- Configuring new business processes and optimising workflows and automations using Openprise.
- Leverage AI and LLM tools (Gemini, Copilot) to drive efficiency and rearchitect existing workflows.
- Monitor and validate lead flow into Salesforce, ensuring smooth routing and accurate campaign attribution.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, optimise processes, and maintain overall data integrity.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Openprise or other data orchestration/automation platforms is a strong plus.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for workflow optimisation and operational excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements.
NOTE: Looking for someone with Salesforce experience who can learn AI tools and help optimise our workflows & the candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing business needs and willing to learn AI tools (Gemini, Copilot)
