The ideal candidate must have deep SEO expertise, excellent communication skills, strong managerial abilities, leadership qualities, and knowledge of complete documentation and reporting processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing operations, and team management.

Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword research, and analytics.

Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.

Skills Needed:

Proven experience in SEO & digital marketing operations, preferably in service-based industries.

Strong managerial and team leadership skills, capable of handling multiple projects.

Execution-oriented mindset, ensuring timely completion of all SEO and marketing activities.

Ability to maintain detailed documentation of daily trackers and reporting processes for campaigns.

Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and data-driven analysis.

Knowledge of conversion optimization and performance marketing.

Research-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze competitors, trends, and new market opportunities.

Responsibilities;

SEO Strategy & Execution

Website Optimization

Provide strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Prepare and maintain complete documentation, campaign reports, and performance trackers for management review.

Ensure collaboration between cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) for integrated marketing execution.

Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring balanced workload distribution and smooth workflow.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.

Requirements;

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and lead generation.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
