We're seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to drive excellence in marketing automation, data management, and performance optimization. This is a hands-on yet strategic role for someone who loves building and optimizing systems, improving processes, and using data to make marketing smarter and more scalable.

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive excellence in marketing automation, data management, and performance optimization.

  • Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, including building and maintaining emails, workflows, automations, and segmented lists.
  • Ensure operational excellence and data hygiene across the marketing database.
  • Develop and enforce marketing automation best practices, governance, and QA protocols.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign success and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with campaign and content teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate tracking.
  • Manage and execute website updates in Sitecore, ensuring pages are optimized for user experience and conversion.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine marketing systems and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and insight generation.
  • Serve as the internal thought leader for marketing technology, driving innovation and advocating for smart, data-driven decisions.

To join us, you should have:

  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience with a focus on marketing automation and performance optimization.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lists, scoring, and reporting.
  • Experience with Sitecore CMS or similar enterprise web platforms and/or savvy and willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with A/B testing, attribution models, and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to design, document, and implement scalable marketing processes.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages a bonus
