Key Responsibility Mentor Outreach & Onboarding- Identify and reach out to potential mentors across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Pitch the GrowWithMentor platform professionally and invite them to join.
- Coordinate onboarding steps: profile collection, session details, and approvals.
- Maintain a structured database of outreach and responses.
Social Media Management- Create and post content regularly on LinkedIn & Instagram.
- Prepare captions, reels ideas, and creatives (via Canva).
- Engage with mentors and mentees content to increase visibility.
- Support in maintaining consistent brand presence.
Mentor Coordination for LinkedIn Posts- Work with mentors to prepare their I'm available for 1:1 session posts.
- Share draft templates, creatives, and posting schedules.
- Follow up with mentors to ensure timely posting.
- Monitor post performance (likes, comments, reach).
Case Studies & Content Creation- Design case studies based on successful mentorship sessions.
- Prepare simple reports/content summarising mentor expertise and success stories.
- Share across social platforms and website (training provided).
Mentee Outreach & Lead Generation- Approach potential mentees through LinkedIn groups, communities, and career forums.
- Share platform details, mentor availability, and session benefits.
- Encourage bookings and guide them through the process if needed.
- Maintain follow-up communication with high-interest leads.
