Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager based in Pune. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects. Responsibilities include overseeing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, conducting market research, building brand awareness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves analyzing marketing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement to achieve business goals.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and SEO/SEM
• Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
• Experience with Content Development, Copywriting, and Marketing Communications
• Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and customer behavior
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms
• Real Estate experience is mandatory
