Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition efforts for our rapidly growing Oracle practice.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem, especially Oracle Cloud and demonstrate a strong ability to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier Oracle professionals across consulting, delivery, and architecture roles.

experienced Oracle/ERP Recruiter to help identify engage and onboard top Oracle Fusion EBS and ERP consultants for our clients.

need to have strong sourcing skills understands ERP project lifecycles and can manage full-cycle recruiting for both contract and full-time roles.

looking for candidates who has prior experience working with Oracle Platinum Partners

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory to have Strong Oracle ERP practice hiring exp
• Talent acquisition specialists experienced in recruiting for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion and related Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain and HCM
• Recruiters with a strong knowledge of US staffing tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa categories (Citizen, Green Card, H1B, TN, EAD) to properly classify candidates and ensure compliance.
• Roles include sourcing functional consultants, technical consultants, project managers, data migration experts, trainers, test leads, business analysts, developers, and solution architects specialized in Oracle technologies.
• These recruiters use multiple channels including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and internal ATS platforms to identify and engage talent.
• Profiles often highlight experience in handling contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in US staffing market.
