Role Description

This full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role is located in Bengaluru, India. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in alignment with the company's goals, overseeing marketing campaigns, market research, and branding initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, crafting promotional materials, analyzing market trends, and driving lead generation and customer engagement. The position will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieving business growth.

Job Description:-

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Marketing Manager should be a go getter and generate leads and convert the leads into monetary benefits for the organization.

·      We expect good business acumen from the marketing managers, for the decision making analysis and adding value to the business.

·      Marketing managers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for their designated area of business.

·      Marketing manager should be a good team player and have good interpersonal skills with customers in the designated area.

·       Managers are likely to work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution.

·      Coordinate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.

·      The role of the marketing manager will be to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

·      Manage the development of all communication for both Business to Business and Business to Consumer activity.

·       Generation of various marketing reports. Also, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, optimizing website content and SEO.

·      Generate lead, help in sales activities.

·      Must travel to clients place and enhance business.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

·      Should have process knowledge of Marketing.

·      Excellent English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written.

·      Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines.

·      Strong inter-personal skills with a persuasive manner, Project management skills with good planning and organizational abilities, including excellent time management skills.

·      Should be a multi tasker with the ability to handle pressure.

·      Should have experience in marketing field.

·      Should know English and regional language.
