Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Counselor for a full-time, on-site position at our Bengaluru office. The Counselor will work closely with students and their families, offering personalized guidance on education and career opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assisting in course and college selection, providing support with admissions processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves actively listening to understand each student's aspirations and offering tailored solutions to meet their individual goals.
