Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, managing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, analyzing marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes. The role also involves managing budgets and ensuring alignment with the hospital's vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing strategy development, campaign management, and brand positioning.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
• Skills in data analysis, reporting, and the use of marketing tools and software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content.
• Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and project management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare marketing or related industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
