We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and oversee branding efforts to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include market research, content creation, social media management, and collaboration with internal teams to drive engagement, lead generation, and client acquisition.

• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Brand Management
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing tools
• Strong skills in Market Research, Audience Analysis, and Trend Forecasting
• Excellent Communication, Content Development, and Copywriting capabilities
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead a team effectively
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines under tight schedules
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields required; MBA preferred
• Experience in education or consultancy sectors is considered an advantage
