Job Description

Develops and executes marketing and gotomarket plans to grow specialist building product categories. He/She will be collaborating to design & execute marketing campaigns that can drive relevance of building products across customer segments to drive business results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing and GTM plans for Building Material categories.
  • Conduct consumer and market research to generate insights.
  • Lead packaging development and product communication.
  • Manage creative, digital, media, and research agencies.
  • Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
  • Track competition and market trends to refine strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, R&D, commercial & legal teams.
  • Drive digital initiatives, content development, and campaign performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM (Tier 1 college)
  • 3+ years experience in marketing/brand management experience
  • Experience in FMCG/Paints/Building Materials/Construction Chemicals preferred
