Develops and executes marketing and gotomarket plans to grow specialist building product categories. He/She will be collaborating to design & execute marketing campaigns that can drive relevance of building products across customer segments to drive business results
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing and GTM plans for Building Material categories.
- Conduct consumer and market research to generate insights.
- Lead packaging development and product communication.
- Manage creative, digital, media, and research agencies.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
- Track competition and market trends to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, R&D, commercial & legal teams.
- Drive digital initiatives, content development, and campaign performance tracking.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM (Tier 1 college)
- 3+ years experience in marketing/brand management experience
- Experience in FMCG/Paints/Building Materials/Construction Chemicals preferred
