Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Twixor in Chennai. This is a full-time position intended for experienced marketing professionals with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, product adoption, and growth across global markets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across channels (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated expertise in product positioning, identifying key differentiators and communicating value to target markets (Mandatory skill).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for B2B technology products (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced social media marketing abilities, including campaign design, execution, and analytics to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
• Strong campaign management skills, capable of leading multi-channel marketing plans and optimizing performance based on data-driven insights.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, including search engine marketing, email marketing, and online advertising best practices.
• Experienced in developing and executing compelling content strategies to support lead generation, awareness, and thought leadership.
• Exceptional market research skills, with the ability to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform marketing tactics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with leadership skills to mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall marketing strategies that align with Twixors business objectives and support revenue growth in key markets.
• Lead brand management activities, ensuring consistent and impactful presence across all customer touchpoints and digital channels.
• Drive product positioning and messaging for Twixors offerings, focusing on unique value propositions and customer-centric solutions.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective market penetration and customer adoption.
• Oversee creation and management of digital campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.
• Develop comprehensive content strategies to elevate Twixors thought leadership and generate high-quality leads through various content formats.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, effective, and measurable.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
