Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for a SaaS, healthcare, or health tech business. The role focuses on driving demand generation, brand growth, customer engagement, and measurable business impact through integrated marketing programs.

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with sales, product, customer success, and leadership teams to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies across digital, content, events, brand, and field marketing channels.
  • Drive demand generation campaigns to increase qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Partner with sales teams to support field execution through campaigns, sales enablement, and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Build and optimize customer journey-based marketing programs covering awareness, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with product teams to support product launches and positioning strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing content, including case studies, presentations, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Track and report marketing performance using KPIs such as lead quality, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, budgets, and campaign execution timelines.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members and ensure high execution standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology sectors.
  • Strong experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Good understanding of SaaS business models, customer funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare/health tech companies.
  • Experience in field marketing or sales enablement.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing teams or agency partners.
