The Senior Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for a SaaS, healthcare, or health tech business. The role focuses on driving demand generation, brand growth, customer engagement, and measurable business impact through integrated marketing programs.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with sales, product, customer success, and leadership teams to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies across digital, content, events, brand, and field marketing channels.
- Drive demand generation campaigns to increase qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
- Partner with sales teams to support field execution through campaigns, sales enablement, and regional marketing initiatives.
- Build and optimize customer journey-based marketing programs covering awareness, conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate with product teams to support product launches and positioning strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage marketing content, including case studies, presentations, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Track and report marketing performance using KPIs such as lead quality, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, budgets, and campaign execution timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members and ensure high execution standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Strong experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Good understanding of SaaS business models, customer funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
