About the Role
We're building a bold, culture-driven performance brand at the intersection of fitness, recovery, and mindset. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who understands how modern brands grow someone who blends creativity, data, internet culture, and community building. You should be comfortable running campaigns end-to-end, experimenting fast, and making the brand feel alive across digital and real-world touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Growth
- Own brand voice, storytelling, and positioning across all channels.
- Build a strong cultural presence in fitness, recovery, and performance communities.
- Translate product benefits into compelling narratives, campaigns, and launches.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media strategy (Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, X, Communities).
- Drive content calendars, creator collaborations, UGC, and trend hijacking.
- Run performance marketing (Meta, Google, influencer funnels, landing pages).
- Optimize funnels, CAC, LTV, retention, and conversions.
Campaigns & Launches
- Conceptualize and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, drops, collabs.
- Coordinate creatives, copy, videos, influencers, PR, and offline activations.
- Own campaign timelines, budgets, and performance reporting.
Community & Partnerships
- Build athlete, trainer, gym, and creator partnerships.
- Activate events, pop-ups, races, training communities, and experiential marketing.
- Grow brand advocates and loyalty programs.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs, growth metrics, attribution, cohort behavior.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, funnels, messaging, and offers.
- Turn insights into continuous optimization.
Who You Are
- 37+ years in consumer brand marketing, DTC, startup, or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of modern digital channels, creator economy, and performance marketing.
- Excellent storytelling instincts you understand culture, memes, trends, and timing.
- Hands-on executor who enjoys building, testing, and shipping fast.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, ops, and founders.
- Data-literate: dashboards, funnels, experimentation mindset.
- Strong copy sense and visual judgment.
Bonus Points
- Actively into fitness, running, gym culture, sports, or wellness.
- Experience in health, supplements, recovery, sportswear, or performance brands.
- Has built or scaled a brand community before.
- Has managed creators, athletes, or ambassadors.
