Job Description

Job Role- Senior Marketing Manager ( Luxury Brand)

Location: Mumbai (Kanjurmarg)

Experience: 6-12 Years

Budget:10-15 LPA

What would you be required to do

Creative Strategy & Briefing

Collaborate with creative agencies to develop clear, insightful briefs aligned with business objectives

Participate in concept development and ensure creative alignment with brand positioning

Creative Review & Approval

Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on campaign content, creatives, artworks, and digital assets

Approve final deliverables to maintain brand consistency and quality

Media Planning & Campaign Execution

Strategically plan media mix (digital, print, PR, OOH, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals

Monitor performance and adapt strategies as needed

Production Coordination

Liaise with shoot and post-production teams to ensure high-quality visual content aligned with

campaign needs

Brand Representation & Strategic Collaborations

Represent the brand in front of architect and designer communities to build marketing partnerships

Ideate and lead marketing collaborations with luxury brands, influencers, and high-profile

personalities

Event Planning & Management

Conceptualize, plan, and execute exclusive events to elevate brand presence and engage target audiences

Media & Public Relations

Drive PR efforts including press releases for product launches and major brand activities

Maintain strong relationships with key media outlets (e.g., Vogue, AD, Elle, HELLO!) for brand and event collaborations

Data-Driven Marketing

Develop and optimize marketing strategies based on campaign analytics, market insights, and

performance metrics

Digital & Performance Marketing

Oversee social media marketing strategies and content calendars across all relevant platforms

Manage website content, oversee SEO initiatives, and ensure best practices in digital visibility

Agency & Vendor Management

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to fulfill diverse marketing

requirements

What skills we are looking for

Education:

o MBA in Marketing.

Experience:

o Minimum 6-12 years of experience in marketing, within the luxury brands

o Proven track record in marketing to HNIs

o Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital,

social media, and traditional channels.

o Strong understanding of the interior design industry or similar luxury industry is highly

preferred.

Skills:

o Creative vision and a keen eye for detail

o Understanding of luxury branding and marketing strategies and consumer preferences.

o Excellent communication skills- written and verbal

o Strong grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
