Responsibilities
- Lead marketing communication & execution to enable toplines delivery of GPL South Zone's markets (Bangalore, Chennai, etc)
- Create high impact, scalable brand IPs to enable quantum hunger of the org
- Design & execute media mix to communicate planned marketing approach
- Follow first off the mark approach to have robust planning in Q-1 & execution in Q
- Lead consumer in sighting coupled with product proposition to design effective marketing communication
- Track & improve brand health measures for command markets
- Innovate & instil innovation as a core value in daily business for first-to-real-estate initiatives, ranging from marketing promotion to process adherence
- Manage social media presence for GPL in command markets
- Lead & manage talent nurturing to hone future leaders for GPL
