Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate regular marketing reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate performance across campaigns and suggest experiments, A/B tests, or channel diversification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or Ayurvedic categories.
• Experience in managing budgets and optimizing spends for ROI.
• Understanding of performance creative strategy and user journey mapping.
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools and campaign reporting dashboards.
