Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms, oversee brand communication, coordinate campaigns, create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and help grow overall brand awareness and customer engagement.

This role requires someone who understands modern marketing trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance marketing while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and audience engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
  • Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO channels.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and campaign performance.
  • Work on search engine optimization (SEO) and website traffic growth strategies.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Create marketing content including graphics, presentations, blogs, promotional videos, and marketing copy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and company announcements.

Marketing Strategy & Analytics

  • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitors.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, product, and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and vendors when needed.
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creativity, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and content marketing is preferred.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing brand accounts with measurable growth.
  • Experience running influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to analyze data and make marketing decisions based on insights.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies is a plus.
