Role Description

Sharkship is seeking a Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and optimize engagement. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and managing campaigns, overseeing digital and content marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends and performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Campaign Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Marketing Strategy Planning
  • Proficiency in Brand Management, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Planning abilities
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC Campaigns, and Marketing Automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with E-commerce and logistics domains is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively
