Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Manager who can execute multi-channel campaigns, create compelling content across formats, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate complex AI solutions and global health programs into clear, impactful communications that resonate with healthcare professionals and public health stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

Content & Communication

• Write marketing emails, newsletters, and social media posts based on messaging direction provided by the marketing team.
• Draft long-form content such as case studies, impact stories, and white papers using templates or structured briefs.
• Create and update basic sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, brochures, and event collateral.

Campaign & Marketing Execution

• Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and event promotions.
• Prepare and schedule campaign communications using platforms such as Mailer Lite, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Event & Marketing Operations Support

• Act as a coordination point between the marketing and events teams to ensure smooth event execution and experience.
• Develop pre-event and post-event marketing communications including emailers, social media posts, and event summaries.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Track industry trends across global health and TB/lung health programs to support marketing insights.
• Monitor competitor announcements, partnerships, and product developments relevant to the global health ecosystem.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal teams including business, design, regulatory, finance, and legal to support the global health marketing content team.
• Assist in managing internal review processes for materials requiring regulatory or compliance clearance.

Skills & Expertise

• 23 years of experience in content writing, marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Exposure to B2B, healthcare, or technology marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to write across both short-form and long-form content formats.
• Ability to quickly learn new domains such as healthcare AI, medical imaging, or global health programs.
