About Flexmoney:
Flexmoney Technologies is India's embedded credit infrastructure platform, connecting banks and
NBFCs with a large and growing network of merchants across all sales channels. Through InstaCred
360TM, our omnichannel orchestration layer, we enable instant cardless EMI and BNPL credit at the
point of sale for non-credit card consumers. We are in a high-growth phase, expanding aggressively across enterprise merchants and this is a high-ownership marketing hire at an exciting inflection point.
Role Objective:
Build and run Flexmoney's marketing function — creating content, collateral, pitch decks, website
copy, and campaign materials that support merchant acquisition and platform positioning across
enterprise and PG channels. Additionally, drive lead generation, event strategy, merchant event
hosting, and media relations to amplify brand presence and generate qualified pipeline.
What We Are Not Looking For:
• Generalist marketers with no B2B writing craft — content quality is non-negotiable
• Performance Marketing / PR / Media / Event Manager only profiles.
• Candidates who rely on agency briefs or large team support — this is a hands-on role
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Product Collaboration (60%)
• Own the website rebuild content end-to-end — copy, messaging architecture, merchant and
lender-facing pages
• Create and maintain sales collateral — merchant pitch decks, one-pagers, product explainers,
case studies, video testimonials and reference programs
• Develop category-specific content for target verticals (EdTech, In-store retail, Travel,
Healthcare, etc.)
• Build and execute a B2B content calendar — case studies, merchant success stories, platform
thought leadership
• Own Flexmoney's LinkedIn and B2B digital presence
• Work closely with product teams to translate technical features into compelling marketing
messaging
• Develop product-specific content highlighting unique value propositions for different
merchant segments
• Ensure all marketing content complies with financial services regulations (RBI guidelines,
advertising standards) in collaboration with legal and compliance teams
Lead Generation (20%)
• Develop inbound marketing assets (landing pages, gated content, email nurture sequences) to
drive top-of-funnel pipeline
• Design and execute B2B lead generation campaigns targeting enterprise merchants and PG
channel partners
• Own the MQL pipeline and coordinate handoffs to the sales team via Sales Operations
• Track and report on lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution on a
regular cadence
Event Marketing & Merchant Engagement (10%)
• Develop event marketing strategies including pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and
post-event follow-up sequences
• Plan, execute, and host Flexmoney merchant events, workshops, and roundtables targeting
enterprise and PG clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to align event participation with pipeline stages and target
account strategies
• Create event-specific content (agendas, promotional materials, follow-up nurture sequences)
• Measure event ROI through attendance metrics, engagement levels, and lead generation
quality
Media Relations & PR (Nice to have) (5%)
• Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, industry reports, trend analyses) to
position Flexmoney as an industry authority
• Secure speaking opportunities for leadership at relevant industry events, conferences, and
webinars
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and industry publications covering
financial technology
Marketing Analytics & Enablement (5%)
• Track content performance metrics and report to SVP monthly
• Support marketing automation and CRM integration for effective lead nurturing and sales-
marketing alignment
What Success Looks Like
Milestone Target
30 Days: Onboarded on product, GTM channels, and ICP; audit of existing collateral complete
60 Days: Core sales collateral library live; website content draft submitted; LinkedIn cadence active
90 Days: First merchant event executed; MQL pipeline contribution measurable; content
calendar running; at least 1–2 case studies drafted from existing merchant relationships
180 Days: Lead gen engine operational; at least 2 media placements or speaking slots secured;
case study library scaled across key verticals
Experience & Skills Required:
• 5–7 years in B2B marketing including content creation, with Fintech, Payments, SaaS Retail-
Tech experience strongly preferred
• Strong aptitude for using AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign execution
• Excellent writing skills across long-form (whitepapers, reports, website copy) and short-form
(social media, email, ad copy) formats
• Proven experience independently building sales collateral, pitch decks, and GTM content for
B2B or financial products
• Familiarity with website CMS tools, SEO/AEO principles & marketing analytics tools (Google
Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Video content sensibility — short-form explainer videos, event recaps, LinkedIn video
• Event planning and execution experience (virtual and in-person)
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple competing priorities
