MARKETING MANAGER FOR 5 STAR HOTEL
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with hotel goals.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Brand & Positioning
- Strengthen brand positioning across online/offline channels.
- Maintain consistency of brand communication and visual guidelines.
Digital Marketing
- Drive SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, content creation.
- Analyze digital performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Sales & Promotions Support
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to boost F&B, rooms, events and packages.
- Plan seasonal promotions and partnerships.
Public Relations & Media
- Manage PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and press releases.
- Oversee hotel reputation on review platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, OTAs).
Budget & Reporting
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Track KPIs & prepare performance reports for leadership.
Team Leadership
- Mentor/guide junior marketing staff and external agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business or related
710 years experience in hospitality marketing (luxury or upscale segment preferred)
Strong digital marketing expertise
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
