Job Description

Position: Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all or some of the marketing functions at Opteamix. They will supervise, oversee, lead, manage, reward, and motivateteams/functions within the marketing department. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the organization. As part of the larger marketing organization, they are critical in aligning creative direction with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Opteamix's goals and target audience, leveraging a deep understanding of the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage multiple teams and functions within the marketing department, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing goals, strategies, and priorities that align with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing results and optimizing strategies as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact online and offline events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to drive successful campaign execution and maximize outcomes.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business (MBA), Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology services industry.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, with the ability to guide and mentor both entry-level and experienced marketing professionals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies.
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and company needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
