Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue for our company. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of marketing experience in the Indian job market.
Please note that we are looking for candidates with experience in offline marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue for the company.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop campaigns that target key customer segments.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Indian job market.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing a marketing team is a plus.
