Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute an integrated digital growth strategy to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and improve customer acquisition metrics across target enterprise segments.
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid acquisition campaigns (search, social, and display) to maximize ROI and lower CAC.
- Own organic growth: implement technical SEO, content strategy, on-page optimization, and backlink initiatives to increase search visibility and organic traffic.
- Design and operate lead-nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns in marketing automation to improve MQLSQL conversion and shorten sales cycles.
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and analytics teams to create GTM campaigns, product launches, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Instrument and report campaign performance using analytics and dashboards; run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to iterate on conversion funnels and user journeys.
