About the Role:

We are looking for an Growth Marketing Manager with a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, especially in performance marketing, paid media, and SEO. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of high-performing campaigns, collaborate closely with internal teams, and contribute to client success through data driven insights and proactive coordination.

What You'll Do:

• Support account leads in managing day-to-day client communication and coordination.

• Assist in the development of digital strategies aligned with client objectives—spanning paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and content marketing.

• Execute and monitor paid campaigns, track KPIs, and suggest optimizations to improve performance.

• Work closely with creative, media, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Help prepare performance reports and contribute insights to improve campaign outcomes.

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and status updates across internal and client teams.

• Keep updated with digital trends, tools, and platform updates to inform internal and client discussions.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client servicing (preferably in an agency environment).

• Exposure to managing or assisting with performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

• Basic understanding of SEO and hands-on familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

• Comfortable using CRM or nurturing tools like Hubspot, Lead Squared, etc.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Organized, adaptable, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
