We're an early-stage entertainment startup launching a short-form video app in India. We're looking for a Marketing Associate (23 YOE) to join our core team. This is a hands-on role where agility and resourcefulness matter as much as experience.
Requirements- 23 years of marketing experience (app, content, or entertainment sectors preferred)
- Strong understanding of Tier 2/3 audiences in India
- Proven experience executing digital + social campaigns across platforms
- Exposure to influencer marketing, content calendars, and basic campaign analysis
- Comfortable working in a lean, early-stage startup environment
- Fluent in Hindi and English
Preferred Skills- Experience coordinating with agency partners for paid campaigns (Google/Meta knowledge a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva
- Experience contributing to brand campaigns end-to-end
- Exposure to A/B testing and growth experiments
- Strong project management abilities

CompensationThis role is designed for 23 years of experience, with compensation in the 78 LPA range depending on fit.
