Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Social Media Marketing Manager. You will lead Spreeh's marketing strategy, oversee content direction, drive brand-building initiatives and grow our digital presence across platforms. You will manage a small team, supervise campaign execution, run brand collaborations and build long-term marketing partnerships.

The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on, strong in editorial judgement and comfortable being on camera. You will work closely with the founders, content team, creators, vendors and external brands to execute high-impact campaigns that drive consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full marketing function: strategy, content, campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Create day-to-day content with a strong focus on aesthetics and editorial quality
  • Develop and manage the monthly content calendar with the team
  • Appear on camera for reels, breakdowns, brand videos and collaborative content
  • Drive brand collaborations, outreach and partnerships to grow visibility and credibility
  • Build influencer and creator relationships to execute campaigns and long-term partnerships
  • Lead creative ideation for campaigns, content IPs and new marketing formats
  • Identify trends across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms to shape strategy

Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in marketing, social media, brand management or content-focused roles
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling and editorial judgement
  • Comfortable and confident appearing on camera
  • Hands-on content creation experience (ideation, scripting and overseeing shoots)
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut/VN and other editing tools
  • Ability to lead, guide and mentor a small team effectively
  • Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, UGC culture and modern content formats
  • Experience working with brands, creators, collaborations or outreach is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
  • Experience in lifestyle, weddings, beauty or the creator ecosystem is a plus
