Objectives of this role
- To build & Execute marketing strategies to help company grow India & world wide
- To prepare marketing calendar, review and execute if effectively
- Develop companies brand strategy online & offline
- Enable Market research, competitor analysis
- Development of Brochures, Presentations, Sales Kits,
- Ensure competitive edge through presence in industry forums, events, conferences & trade shows.
- Development of Experience Centre and ensure engagement at our Development centres in India & worldwide.
- Planning & Executing Internal & external events
- Enable Employer Branding
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy
- Working with Various departments to source information regarding products, software, etc
- Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members
Responsibilities
- Vendor Management
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our online assets
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Analyze customer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Working with Development teams for products
- Preparation of brochures in co-ordination with cross functional product development teams in India & Abroad.
- Plan internal & external events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
Requirements
- Experience of minimum 5+ year of working in Marketing Department
- Acute eye for detailing
- Experience of leading a team in the past
- Experience of working with Agencies
- Excellent Written and spoken English
- Education Bachelors of Engineering
- MBA in Marketing a must
- Must be willing to travel extensively

- Emerging Technology /Automation / Pharmaceuticals
- Ability and capability to understand technicality of the product.

- Good communication skills and be a team player

- Good at Powerpoint presentations, Canva, other presentation tools.
