Job Description

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.).

Runhyper-local campaignstailored to multiple geographies and target parent segments.

Budget & ROI Management

Manage a monthly budget of40 50L, ensuring ROI goals are consistently achieved.

Monitor CPL and optimize funnel metrics to meet lead requirement targets.

Data & Analytics

Work extensively on campaign data, analyze lead quality, and create actionable insights.

Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards with detailed analysis on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics.

CRM & Lead Management

HandleSalesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, lead disposition, and pipeline movement.

Collaborate with sales teams to align lead volume with Centre-level demand.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign reports to leadership with key insights and next steps.

Ensure cross-functional collaboration with design, sales, and center teams for campaign effectiveness.

Key Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience inPerformance Marketing, preferably in multi-location B2C setups.

Proven ability to manage and optimizelarge budgets ( 40 50L/month)with clear ROI outcomes.

Strong expertise inCPL management, funnel optimization, and hyper-local campaigns.

Advanced skills inGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms.

Proficiency inSalesforce CRMand experience working with large datasets.

Excellent data-driven mindset with ability to translate numbers into insights.

Strong presentation and reporting skills ability to simplify complex data for leadership.

Highly adaptable, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
