Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Compensation: 8-10 lpa

Role Overview:

We are seeking a result-driven and strategic Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and revenue. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Manage and scale paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies to build organic visibility.
  • Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and academic teams to design integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovative marketing channels.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 57 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics tools, and SEO strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
