Job Description Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will own end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance for high-impact campaigns and brand initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creative ideation, and data-driven execution, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end marketing strategy for product launches, growth campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize growth marketing campaigns across digital channels including performance marketing, content, social media, partnerships, and communities
  • Own campaigns from ideation execution performance analysis, ensuring clear ROI and business impact
  • Collaborate closely with founders, leadership, product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Lead data-driven decision making using insights from funnels, conversions, attribution, and customer behavior
  • Build and scale customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Conceptualize clutter-breaking, disruptive marketing ideas aligned with brand voice and community values
  • Manage and coordinate external stakeholders including agencies, creators, vendors, and partners
  • Track, analyze, and present weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer psychology, and competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of growth marketing, performance marketing, and funnel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to execute brand-aligned, high-impact campaigns
  • Experience managing agencies, creators, and external partners
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 510+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Experience working in startups, scale-ups, D2C, SaaS, or tech-led environments preferred
