Amazon is seeking a motivated, data-driven Marketing Manager to join the EU FBA Business and Development organization. This role is part of the EU FBA Marketing team that supports seller adoption and commitment across multiple FBA programs and EU marketplaces. The team works with program and regional stakeholders to execute Go-To-Market plans that translate program capabilities into seller-facing communications and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, tracking campaign performance, and supporting delivery of marketing plans aligned to business goals.
Key job responsibilities
. Execute cross-channel marketing initiatives aligned to defined Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
. Support development and execution of GTM plans including targeting, messaging, and channel execution
. Track and report campaign performance including open rate, click-through rate, and conversion metrics
. Monitor marketing funnel performance and recommend optimization opportunities
. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives
. Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, and execution milestones
. Support development of marketing content across channels including email, web, and other owned channels
. Maintain reporting dashboards and provide initiative-level performance updates
. Identify risks and escalate blockers impacting campaign delivery
. Apply marketing best practices and recommend improvements to campaign execution
. Contribute to process improvements and documentation of marketing mechanisms
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis and basic Excel skills
- . Experience tracking campaign performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate
- . Experience using data and metrics to measure campaign performance
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
- Experience driving demand and managing a customer funnel across multiple channels
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience in A/B testing
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
