Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the marketing and branding strategy of General Aeronautics drone solutions.
The role includes planning and executing campaigns, developing marketing collaterals, managing brand positioning, capturing market insights, and driving customer feedback initiatives to support business growth across agriculture and related domains.
Brand Communication & Collateral Development
- Create and maintain marketing collaterals, brochures, videos, presentations, and product documentation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints (offline and digital).
- Support the sales team with region-specific customized content for campaigns and dealer support.
Campaign Management
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote product awareness and entrepreneur outreach.
- Plan field marketing activities (van campaigns, demonstrations, exhibitions) in coordination with Sales and BU teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize reach and ROI.
Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking
- Conduct surveys, market mapping, and pricing studies to understand evolving customer needs and competitor movements.
- Provide actionable competition benchmarking reports for leadership review.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to give recommendations based on insights.
Customer Insights & Feedback
- Develop and manage customer feedback programs, including NPS (Net Promoter Score) and product satisfaction surveys.
- Analyze feedback and convert insights into clear marketing and operational actions.
- Maintain a customer-centric view in all marketing messaging and initiatives.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Collaborate with digital partners/agencies for managing social media, email campaigns, website content, and SEO.
- Prepare monthly content calendars, newsletters, and thought leadership posts.
- Track engagement analytics and propose improvements.
KPI
- Collateral quality and sales team satisfaction

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications. MBA preferred.
- 38 years of marketing experience, preferably in agritech, farm equipment, drones, or B2B industrial domains.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools, design coordination, and data-driven campaign tracking.
- Ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations and on-ground execution plans.
