We are a small, ambitious team building quickly, and this role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founders while helping shape the brand's growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on marketing manager to drive Firefly's growth across digital, social media, and retail marketing.
This role blends creative brand building with practical campaign execution across social media, store marketing, influencer partnerships, and campaign launches, while coordinating with performance marketing agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Marketing:
- Execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across digital and retail channels.
- Support marketing ideas for collections, festive campaigns, and store launches.
- Track campaign performance and optimize initiatives.
Social Media & Content:
- Manage Firefly's social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram.
- Plan and execute engaging content including reels, photos, and posts.
- Work with designers and photographers to produce strong brand content.
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Retail Marketing:
- Plan marketing activities that drive footfall to retail stores.
- Execute store launch campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate mall activations and brand events.
- Work with store teams on promotions and customer experiences.
Performance Marketing Coordination:
- Work with agencies running Meta and Google campaigns.
- Review reports and help refine messaging, creatives, and targeting.
- Align paid campaigns with brand initiatives and store promotions.
Influencers & Partnerships:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators.
- Coordinate influencer shoots, store visits, and brand partnerships.
- Build relationships that expand Firefly's reach.
Photoshoots & Campaign Execution:
- Assist in planning jewellery photoshoots and campaign shoots.
- Coordinate models, stylists, photographers, and locations.
- Ensure campaign content is delivered for social media, ads, and website.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally in consumer brands, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or jewellery.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or content teams.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
