Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to create and execute both digital and traditional marketing plans to generate leads and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on digital marketing tools and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset. This is a crucial role for expanding our reach and supporting our channel partners across India and neighboring countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Take full ownership of creating and executing the marketing plan to generate a consistent stream of opportunities for Hach's solutions.
  • Digital Marketing: Generate incremental leads through online channels, with a focus on SEO. You will also be responsible for curating and executing high-impact webinars.
  • Traditional Marketing: Take complete ownership of all customer-facing events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and in-house events.
  • Customer Engagement: Achieve high user engagement through outbound calls to generate repeat business. You will also collate Net Promoter Score (NPS) and ensure a fast turnaround time (TAT) for all incoming leads.
  • Social & Professional Media: Significantly enhance the company's visibility on professional platforms like LinkedIn to improve impressions and increase followership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement and practice Veralto Enterprise System tools like Visual Management, Policy Deployment, and Problem-Solving Process to continuously improve marketing processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: An Engineering graduate with an MBA in Sales or Marketing, and 10+ years of total experience. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • A good understanding and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms for PPC and SEO optimization.
  • Experience executing email campaigns and social media marketing to generate leads.
  • Certification in Google AdWords & Analytics is a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales of analytical solutions or allied sectors like instrumentation and automation is an advantage.
  • Competencies:
  • Result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • A team player with a strong ability to collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of multitasking in a high-paced business environment.
  • Additional Requirements: The candidate must be from a premier Indian or MNC organization and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
