Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager located in Noida. The Senior Manager will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of projects related to Air Pollution Control Systems and Biomass Dryers. Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project goals. Additionally, the role involves strategizing for business growth, maintaining client relationships, and leading team performance assessments.

• Project Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills
• Knowledge of Air Pollution Control Systems and Biomass Dryers
• Industry Compliance and Quality Assurance experience
• Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a managerial role in a related industry
