Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Marketing Manager. The role requires frequent travel across Kerala to manage marketing activities and support business development. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Edwin Academy's courses and services. Responsibilities include creating and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, coordinating events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign Planning, and Market Research.
• Experience in Branding, Public Relations, and Stakeholder Communication.
• Proficient in Data Analytics and Optimization, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies.
• Effective collaboration and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; a master's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in marketing roles, preferably within the education or training sector.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
