We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can manage customer lifecycle communication, support brand campaigns, and coordinate creative requirements across channels. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer behavior, create engaging communication, manage campaigns, and work closely with design, product, operations, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer lifecycle communication across onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and loyalty stages.
- Manage customer communication across channels such as Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, in-app banners, and app/web communication.
- Work on customer segmentation, campaign calendars, and communication journeys to improve engagement, repeat usage, and customer retention.
- Support DriveU's brand campaigns, festive campaigns, city-level campaigns, service launches, and product communication.
- Work closely with designers and creative agencies to brief, review, and execute campaign creatives, app banners, social media creatives, and other marketing assets.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns from idea to execution, including objective setting, target audience, messaging, creative direction, channel planning, and reporting.
- Coordinate with product, operations, design, business, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify customer insights, market trends, and new campaign opportunities to improve brand recall, customer engagement, and bookings.
- Support content creation across customer communication, brand campaigns, app/web assets, social media, and performance marketing creatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing business.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM/customer engagement tool such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Netcore, or similar platforms.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, campaign dashboards, customer segmentation, and basic marketing performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of customer communication channels such as Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and in-app communication.
- Good copywriting, content creation, creative thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging customer-facing content.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work with design, product, operations, business, and external partners to execute campaigns smoothly.
