Role Overview
We are looking for performance-driven growth professionals to own and scale our user acquisition engine across app channels.
You will be responsible for driving key business metrics like Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margins, while working at the intersection of data, creatives, and user understanding.
This is not just a media buying role; it requires a deep understanding of the Bharat user persona, sharp creative intuition for devotional content, and the analytical rigor to scale high-intent transactions. You will work at the intersection of data and storytelling, collaborating closely with Category, Product, and Creative teams to serve millions on their digital devotional journeys.
