Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our in-house marketing team to drive and execute marketing strategies in high-demand technology domains including networks, cloud, data centers, cybersecurity, digital workplace, AI, and automation. This role demands a strong background in B2B IT marketing, with a proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies, drive demand generation, and enable field readiness. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative marketer who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

-Develop Services and Solutions Marketing Strateg

  • yCraft comprehensive marketing plans for IT solutions and services aligned with business goals
  • .Conduct market and customer research to inform positioning and messaging strategies

.Define and Execute GTM campaign

  • sCollaborate with sales, delivery, and tech leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of GTM initiatives

.Develop Market Readiness Kit

  • sCreate marketing assets such as pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, and FAQs
  • .Ensure cross-functional teams are equipped with messaging, positioning, and sales assets ahead of customer engagements

.Enable Demand Generatio

  • nPartner with corporate marketing and inside sales teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
  • .Analyze campaign performance and optimize for higher conversion and ROI

.Elevate Our Competitive Position Among Stakeholder

  • sDevelop competitive intelligence assets and differentiation strategies
  • .Position the company as a thought leader through content, webinars, and strategic partnerships

Qualifications & Skills

:-Educational Backgroun

  • d:Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A degree from a premium institute is highly preferre
  • d.Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institut

e.Experienc

  • e:5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on IT infrastructure, specifically in domains like cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, service management, and digital workspace solution
  • s.Prior experience working in B2B tech marketing, especially in IT infrastructure-related companies or agencies, is require

d.Skill

  • s:Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, and service managemen
  • t.Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and lead generation tactic
  • s.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling conten
